YES, There is a patient portal that you can easily reach from our website. Those questions will be directed to with Kelly Papesh DNP, CRMD or to Sherrie Gould NP, CMRD and we will get back to you within 48 hours (usually much less!). If the questions involve medical decision making we will request you schedule an appointment with one of us.
Do you accept insurance?
At NeuroMotionTelehealth, we are a direct pay practice to provide you with the highest quality care, longer appointment times, and a personalized experience without the restrictions of insurance. This approach allows us to focus entirely on your needs, ensuring comprehensive and timely care for your movement disorder management. However, we are happy to provide a superbill at any time for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
What states do you operate out of?
As of April 2025, we bring specialized movement disorder care to Montana, Nevada & Wyoming; with service expansion planned into several states.
Can I see a physician through NeuroMotion Telehealth?
Our team consists of highly trained advanced practice providers (APPs)—nurse practitioners and physician assistants—who specialize in movement disorders. APPs are licensed to diagnose, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans. We also have a team of physician advisors who provide guidance and collaborate on complex cases as needed. If a physician consultation is required, we can provide referrals or coordinate with your existing neurologist.
How will you coordinate with my primary care provider?
We will reach out to your PCP in the event of any drug interactions or need for coordination of care. At NeuroMotion Telehealth we will be available to communicate with your Primary Care Provider for continuity of care.
Do I need a prior diagnosis of Parkinson’s or other movement disorder?
Yes. In order for us to accept you as a new patient, you will need to have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor, or another movement disorder.
